I always knew that Snape will get to care about Harry but I would have never guessed his reason.
I always thought that he believed in Harry and that he wanted him to become a great wizard. And no, I never for a second believed that he was a “bad-guy”, not even when he did that bad thing to Dumbledore. From all the characters he’s the one I like the most. Of course the movies had a huge influence on my perception upon this interesting person, as Alan Rickman does a great job in impersonating the “half-blood prince”.
There is a little devil here on my shoulder telling me to let out the ending of the 7-th book where Snape plays a very important part… but I don’t think I will. I can say that, in what he is concerned, the end is and is not surprising. I knew that a great deal of help for Harry would come from him but, as I said before, I never expected it would be like this. I did not find the details given in the last book corny, well, at least not the ones about Snape, because the ending is a little bit… but quite funny…
So, after carefully planning a blog entry about Harry Potter- the books, here I am writing about Snape because now I realized he’s the only thing that is stuck in my memory, the dearest, if I may say, person created by J.K Rowlling. So here I am writing about a story, because, even though both the books and the movies are successful, Harry Potter is in the end a story.
